TheCozyCove Lake Anna Vacation Rental

Lake Anna vacation Rentals pictures inside outside house

From the moment you turn into the driveway through the woods, you will begin to feel the enjoyment of a lake vacation. As you reach the house Lake Anna is in view and the kids will get excited and ask, “Can we swim now?”

As you can see, there is a large front porch, lots of parking and you can drive right up to the front door for an “easy load” of all your stuff. It’s also nice to have a place out of the rain and sun, when loading or unloading the car.

The front porch is also a nice “get away area” for teens or adults that need a few minutes of down time. There is seating and even a lamp for evening reading.

Parking is also available here on the grass on the side if it’s not wet, and of course beside the garage on the gravel driveway beside this Lake Anna Virginia Vacation Rental Home.

The huge deck has a nice glass table and umbrella, a kiddie table, a giant gas grill (we provide the first tank of LP gas) and a few rocking chairs to watch the sunrise over the private side of Lake Anna Virginia. It gets strong sun until about 3 PM. Then it cools off and is ready for grilling.

Looking down to the water from the deck, you can see the hammock, the fire pit and the boat house dock on the left side. On the right is the screened “gazebo” with picnic table inside, to eat by the waters of The Cozy Cove @ Lake Anna Virginia. The decking is covered by carpet to prevent those splinters from wood decks. We also have six lounge chairs by the water.

Lazy Days are best spent in a real hammock. You might see White Tail Deer, Great Blue Herring, Rabbits, Lake Otters, Fish Jumping or just the inside of your eye lids. On the left is the new boat house and roof top deck. It is a nice addition to the property this year.

The living room, entrance room, has a nice cozy area to talk or read. It is also the area you load into and out of, for a organized, fast, convenient check-out.

Kitchen, dining, and den is where all the action seems to be. The 37” flat screen TV with DVD and game control seem pretty popular. There are board games, books, and cards with chips to test your luck. At the far end is a gas fireplace if desired.

The kitchen is set up to cook for large families. Lots of large pots, pans and dishes. In addition to the usual, cook-top, oven, microwave, we also have the following:
1. standard drip coffee maker. 2. Keurig K-cup beverage brewer. 3. Toaster R Oven. 4. Toaster 5.Kettle 6. Electric can opener. 7. Waffle maker 8. Bagel cutter. 9. Presto Griddle 10. Omelet Maker 11. Crock Pot
12. Coffee bean grinder

12 The dining table expands with 4 leafs to seat 12. Open the curtains and get a nice view of the lake while having dinner.

13 The kitchen is has a convenient counter top for two, dishwasher, double sink with disposal, standard cook-top and oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, blender, waffle maker, griddle, larger refrigerator with ice in the door, and tons of large pots, fry pans, Dutch ovens, and utensils, with service for 16+ people.

14. This year we installed a new King bed in this room.

The central full  bath is convenient and comfortable with  bathtub and shower.

16 The main floor master bedroom has a queen bed with 3 great windows and a ceiling fan, if you’re not an AC enthusiast. Alarm clock radio, large walk-in closet. Large private bath.

Nice large master bath with double sinks, Jacuzzi Tub and walk-in shower.

We love the porch. At night it is away from the kids, free of bugs, cool with the fans running.  We often eat on the porch at the two large tables as well as available small tables and chairs.

When you walk upstairs, you enter the middle bedroom with 2 nice queen beds. There is also air mattress available. This room works great for lots of kids to sleep late since there is complete darkness if needed. TV and DVD and clothes closet complete this very versatile room.

22 Walk through the middle bedroom upstairs to get to this set of twin beds with nice matrices. They can be pushed together as another king bed if desired. This is the FUN SUN room.

23 This rooms has an armoire with mirrored doors,

24 and a sweet little reading nook with rocking chair. Any babies to feed?

This upper level bath has a double sink and walk-in shower and is located next to the Navy King Room.

The third bedroom upstairs has a king bed and also a reading nook with rocking chair.

This is next to the upstairs full bath with double sinks and stand-up shower.

26 The downstairs King size bed master bedroom has a nice view of the lake to left of this picture and to right is the connecting  full bath. It’s always nice and cool here.

27 Stand-up shower in connecting bath

28 Sink and toilet to complete the downstairs bath.

35 Nothing better than getting home from a vacation with all the clothes clean. Having a full size washer and dryer also helps to allow for less packing since you can reuse clothing and towels. Don't forget your detergent and dryer sheets.

The downstairs rec room has a fireplace and TV, There is also a pool table/ping-pong table and a fooz ball table as well. This area walks out to the outside shower and the back yard to the lake.

32 For some reason, many people love an outside shower. If that’s you, then this is a nice one, with hot and cold water, and showerheads for both big and little guys. You get to stand on a nice piece of carpet while using the shower.

33 The fire pit down by the water is lots of fun to roast marshmallows and sit around at night. There is an electric outlet nearby to plug in your music maker and a fresh water hose to rinse your boat etc.

34 You not only can swim, but you can take an adventure across the cove to the woods in the canoe. You’ll need to wear your safety vests!

36 This is the New Boathouse with Roof Top Deck and Bar. You are going to love it..

It really is a wonderful place to bring the kids and enjoy the calm, clean waters of Lake Anna.
