Aloha!
Our 6&7 year old grand dauthers now call this their Vacation Lake House and now want to make this our regular meeting place. With our children in Virginia California and Hawaii, everyone loved the house and pontoon boat. 

Mahalo for allowing us to enjoy your home. It was cozy and very comfortable with room for all to spread out and find private areas to relax in.

 We had an absolutely great time at your lake house! Thank you so much for letting us rent it. Everything was great! It’s a wonderful lake home. The pontoon boat was perfect and really made the trip great – we’ll never rent a lake home again without one. . It was definitely worth it and was a highlight for our trip.   We are definitely interested in renting your home again next summer. It was a great setup for all the kids. Thanks again,

            Our Family loves going to Lake Anna and staying at the Stoner’s house.  We always go down with a big group of friends; and since the house is spacious, we all have our own beds to sleep in.  No one ends up on the floor and the kids love getting to sleep either up stairs or in the basement by themselves!!!  The property is big enough for the kids to run around and play without running over each other.  It is especially nice having the shallow water by the boat dock for the kids to splash around in.  Plus being able to fish off the boat dock is an added bonus for the kids while the parents can relax in their lawn chairs!!!  You can’t beat easy access to the water and a roomy place to stay with good friends.  Can’t wait to go back for some more fun in the sun this season.

                We had a blast at your house. The kitchen had more pots, pans, serving dishes and gadgets than my well stocked kitchen. We had two rainy days that we filled with games, fishing under the cover by the water, foozsball and pool.

                When the weather was nice we used the canoe and our boat which we launched next door at the boat area which had a great ramp and plenty of area to maneuver the trailer. Only problem was we forgot to bring the code to the gate and had to ask someone. The boat traffic on the private side is about ½ to 1/3 of that on the public side. It is well worth it to pay a little more to be on the private side of the lake.

                We loved your house and as you know have reserved a week for next year. Thanks for a great vacation experience.

The house and lake were beautiful, better than we expected(and we expected a lot) We will recommend it to our friends since this house was a great value, and it was nice to have the large screened in section for eating with such a lovely view. Please put us on the list for next year.

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your family vacation home. What a nice place you have. Everything is so clean and new. Lots of room. We had my sister and her family and several of the kid’s friends with us and still had plenty of room.  Dear Stoner Family,

We had a great week at The Cozy Cove during our family vacation.  The home is well-supplied with everything you would need on a vacation, from books & games to kitchen utensils & appliances to linens for its many beds to outside chairs & toys...even candles for ambiance in our favorite place...the huge screen porch!  The water was a bit warm...averaging 94oF...but the minimal boat traffic made us glad we stayed on the warm/private side of the gorgeous lake.  Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your lake home!

“We hosted a small corporate event at the lake house and it was perfect! The property was beautiful and the house was very clean and well organized. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils (better stocked than my own!), and the house had a very warm and welcoming feeling. The yard was perfect for everyone to lounge on, and we all had a great time watching several people play beach volleyball. We also took advantage of the fire pit to make s’mores.
