Lake Anna Virginia Vacation Rental Rates for The Cozy Cove
2020 Summer Rates
The summer rate for 2020 May, June, July and August, September, until the 5th of September is $2850 + $175 maid fee plus $150 for all linens and towels, except Memorial Day, July 4th week, and Labor Day week are $3500 + $175 for the maid and $150 for Linens, plus 7.3 % taxes.
Friday-Friday or Sunday -Sunday, Full Weeks only, in season. No Saturday check in
The 24 foot Pontoon boat rents for $900 a week and is rated for 17 people.
Preference is given to the group that also rents the pontoon, should two different groups request the same week.
There is a $800 security deposit also due at the time of reservation. Friday and Sunday check-in only after 4 PM. Check-out is 10 AM
Weekdays $300 minimum of 3 days
Weekend days $400
Plus maid $175 and linens $150 plus 7.3 % taxes.
